This is the meeting to discuss the coming year and look back over the past 12 months. Bring along any ideas on things you would like to see happen, or niggling gripes if you have them. We have nominations for the key positions, but email the club address if you would like to joint the committee or wish to add an agenda item. Bring a valentines day date if you like…

A quorum for AGMs is ten (10) members present personally or through the use of technology, so please come along. If we fail to meet the numbers, another AGM will be held on the next Wednesday at the same time. Dinner from 6.30; meeting starts at 7.30.
